Sweet N' Sour February Preview & Announcements

Hey everyone! January comes to a close today, and I'm bringing you all an update on what's coming on the blog in February.

First off, I want to thank you. January is usually a dull period for movies and TV, but this January was the best month I've ever had. My viewership doubled this month, which is a huge jump. It was mostly the Cobra Kai and end of year content, so I hope you guys enjoyed that and thank you for helping out the blog like that.

With that said, here's a preview of coming attractions...

Both The Book of Boba Fett and Peacemaker are finishing up in February, so I will have a review of both of those as well as some rankings. That will probably be the big thing this month.

Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of big films that come out this month. Moonfall hits theaters on Friday, but I'm probably not going to be checking it out. It looks terrible and I really have better things to do with my time than watch it. If it gets good reviews, maybe I will, but don't expect a review of that.

Next week, Death on the Nile comes to theaters, and I will be seeing that. It looks pretty good and I'm a sucker for a murder mystery, so there will be a review of that.

The biggest release of February is probably Uncharted, which is based on the popular video games. I haven't played the Uncharted games and I legitimately think that this film has had the worst marketing campaign in film history. The trailers are painful to watch, and they have to keep dropping them so that people buy tickets to this movie. If I get a press screening to this film, I consider seeing it, but I am not excited for it in the slightest.

The complete opposite is true for the end of February. As most people know, The Batman hits theaters on March 4, so I will be doing a lead-up to that. I will do quick reviews of every Batman movie as well as an entire week of Batman content leading up to the release of The Batman. That will start at the end of February, so I will be including that.

I'm also currently watching both Daredevil and The Haunting of Hill House, so I will probably do TV reviews of both of those.

My Favorite Movies will also be coming every Tuesday and Saturday. Tuesday is the special post and Saturday is the ranking for the entry that I posted on Tuesday.

Finally, I have been trying to find time to do another Fact or Fiction post for forever, and I will really try my best to get my next Fact or Fiction post out this month.

Fingers crossed for an even better month. Hopefully Omicron goes down and everyone has a good Valentine's Day. Also, go Rams for the Super Bowl. I'm a huge Detroit Lions fan, so I want Matt Stafford to get the ring.

Thanks everyone! See you in a bit!
